The conference's exhibition will be located in immediate proximity of the conference plenary room, where the coffee breaks will be served.

Exhibition Stand           NOK 22,000.-*

 1.       One minute "speed" presentation on the first day of the conference (only oral, no slides)

2.       Exhibition space dimension 1 x 3 meters

3.       Exhibit listing and ‘click-through’ logo on the conference's website

* 25% VAT will be added when invoiced

The exhibitor representative must in addition purchase the participation fee NOK 8000.- incl VAT.
The fee includes 3 days coffe breaks and lunches, as well as the soscial evening events ‘Get Togerther’ on Wednesday and ‘NSNM 2026 Conference dinner on Thursday.

Rigging/Move in time:

from 0800 to 10:30 on Wednesday  April 22 2026.

The participant check in starts at 10:30 with name bade distribution followed by start up in the plenary room at 12:30. Limed time for rigging your stand in other words, so let us know in case you have any concerns in this respect.

The Exhibition hours:

Wednesday April 22nd   10:30-16:30

At 20:00 – there will be a Get together dinner off-site.

Thursday April 23rd 08:00 to 15:00.

At 19:30 there will the NSNM Conference dinner at the hotel.

Friday April 24th  08:00 to 13:30.

Tear down / Exhibition dismantling available from 12:30.  

Exhibition space, Furniture and Electricity:

The Exhibition area is located on the 1st floor with large windows, pleasant day lights and grgeat views. sub-ground floor (-1) accessible by stairs and elevators from the lobby level. The plenary room is serviced by a Breakout area which is where the exhibition & coffee breaks are held.  The exhibition is sold as space only, but the hotel will provide conference tables and white cloths in bulk in the exhibition area during move-in for exhibitors to use if in need.

Stand Dimensions:

The Exhibitor space is 3 meter wide and 1 meter deep. Maximum building hight is 2,5 meters.

 Access to electricity:

Each stand will have access to electricity 1-fas 16 amp 230 volt with two outlets. Remember to bring appropriate Europe socket adaptors if applicable.  We recommend that you only make use of roll-ups and/or pop-up stands.
