Exhibition space, Furniture and Electricity:

The Exhibition area is located on the 1st floor with large windows, pleasant day lights and great views. sub-ground floor (-1) accessible by stairs and elevators from the lobby level. The plenary room is serviced by a Breakout area which is where the exhibition & coffee breaks are held.  The exhibition is sold as space only, but the hotel will provide conference tables and white cloths in bulk in the exhibition area during move-in for exhibitors to use if in need.

Stand Dimensions:

The Exhibitor space is 3 meter wide and 1 meter deep. Maximum building hight is 2,5 meters.

Access to electricity:

Each stand will have access to electricity 1-fas 16 amp 230 volt with two outlets. Remember to bring appropriate Europe socket adaptors if applicable.  We recommend that you only make use of roll-ups and/or pop-up stands.
